First Fridays are a family-friendly event held monthly in Chester Village on the first Friday of every month from 5-8 pm.
These lively strolls often feature new art exhibitions, exciting seasonal menus & ice cream flavors, live music, and great shopping.
Leif Nilsson Spring Street Studio & Gallery: Enjoy some of the oldest and newest paintings of Leif’s home and travels in the gallery with live music by Arrowhead.
Atmosphere/Arch One Glass: Glass melting demonstrations throughout the evening. Rob will be making beads, pendants and drink stirrers, AND he will be raffling off a glass pendant.
Honeycone: Stop by and try out the newest flavor in their repertoire – Cookie Butter!
Reboot Eco: Reboot Eco will be launching their Earth Month offerings. Pop in to check out how easy, affordable, and advantageous it is to make the switch to sustainability and celebrate Earth Day Every Day!

Little House Brewery: They have so much going on this First Friday! A Gallery Opening & Meet the Artist for Kim Coughlin at 5:00 p.m. Kim is an abstract artist using acrylics, pastels, house paint, occasional watercolors, and oil paints in her works. Plus, they’ll be introducing a limited cask edition, Toasted Coconut Jorts on tap. AND as an added bonus, they are running a 20% off sale on their glassware.

Chester Gallery: On view at Chester Gallery are Richard Ziemann etchings, drawings, and paintings in conjunction with his exhibit ‘In Nature’ at the New Britain Museum of American Art. Music with ‘The Gibbons’ from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
The Hive: Enjoy an Open House all evening!
